Tools for getting students involved in social issues

Research tells us that if young people have access to resources that support them to get informed, feel empowered and take action on social issues that are important to them then it can drastically improve their mental health.

Social action not only improves individual's mental wellbeing it also strengthens community connectedness and creates a space for young people to inspire others and to participate in important decision making processes.

We know that the more students understand about an issue the more they'll feel empowered to do something about it.
